Moving in?
The best time to get your carpet and tile cleaned is prior to moving in to your new place. This allows us to clean every section of your flooring thoroughly.
It is important to remove all the dirt, grease, and bacteria from the flooring to ensure a clean safe environment for you and your family.
Even if the the floors appear to be clean it is what you can't see that can cause problems (headaches, sickness, etc.) We highly recommend upgrading to our premium package when moving in, this ensures a thorough cleaning and protection of your floors. Our premium package includes all of the cleaning steps needed to totally sanitize your home as well as sealing your grout and applying DuPont Teflon protection to your carpet.
Moving out?
Many landlords require professional carpet cleaning prior to moving out of a rental.

Our economy package includes the necessary steps to properly clean your carpets. We do recommend that you pre-vacuum the floor prior to our arrival (or you can add the service on). Pet stains and odor removal may require additional services. Keep in mind just eliminating the pet stain is typically not enough. Even if you do not smell odors if the power is turned off after you leave the warmth will and dormant air will typically allow the bacteria to activate and odor will become noticeable.
We guarantee our work. After completing our inspection of your carpet and/or tile we will review the necessary services to get your carpet back to looking new again. After completing our service we will inspect the job with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
We specialize in removing pet stain and odor from your carpet. We will conduct a UV black-light inspection of all your carpet areas, remove all urine deposits (no matter how deep) and treat with a bacteria and odor killer.
